Due to an increasing demand of their products in South East Asia, our client has a rare opportunity for a sales minded engineer to join their global organization.

The Automation Engineering Sales Manager will be based at our client’s centrally located Bangkok offices, and report to the expatriate General Manager and be requested to assist in the sales of our client’s state of the art automation products. This will involve the fulfilling the following key responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing sales plans and strategies.
• Developing sales through various channels (distributors, end users).
• Marketing and competitor research to be abreast of market and competitor movements.
• Visiting and sourcing new and existing clients to maximize sales potential.

The Automation Engineering Sales Manager will be qualified to degree level in an engineer subject and have at least 4+ years of working experiences gained preferably an international factory automation company. Additionally the successful candidate will have a good understanding of factory automation hardware/software and have a background in PLC/SCADA or HMI. The Automation Sales Engineer will also need to have god English communication abilities, a high level of initiative and exceptional formal presentation skills.
