CONSTRUCTION EXECUTION DIRECTOR
BANGKOK - CONSTRUCTION
UP TO 300K/MONTH ++
The Construction Execution Director will report to the expatriate General Manager and take responsibility for a large number of execution related responsibilities within the newly established branch of operations of our client’s Thailand operations. This will involve assisting in identifying new potential projects, overseeing bid and estimation processes and implementation execution on site work processes to strict timelines, while ensuring quality standards are of the highest standards as possible. Additionally the successful candidate will interact regularly with key decision makers in the public and private sectors to develop profitable long term relationships and be the local representative of a global powerhouse in the world’s construction industry.
The Construction Execution Director will be qualified to degree level in a civil engineering subject and more importantly have extensive on site execution experience in piling and large scale infrastructure projects. Additionally the sought after candidates will have strong commercial skills, be a dynamic hands on manager and be able to grow a business with little supervision. The Construction Execution Director will also need to have good English communication skills, be an exceptional leader and be able to oversee an entire organization in which has aggressive expansion plans.
