COUNTRY SALES DIRECTOR – HCI (CHEMICALS)

The County Sales Director will report to the expatriate Country Head and assume full responsibilities for all commercial (marketing and sales) activities for our client’s Thailand sales. This will involve the creation and establishment of sales and marketing plans and their  relevant actions both through distribution and direct sales strategies. The successful candidate will also need to build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision makers to source new contacts and maintain profitable relationships throughout the country. Additionally the Sales Director will need to ensure sales targets are met and implement various actions that are continually monitored to ensure growth and profitability.

The Country Sales Director will be qualified to degree level in a related subject and have at least 5 years direct sales experience within the HCI industry. Additionally the successful candidate also needs to have a very deep understanding of the HCI marketing, not only in Thailand but throughout the region, and have strong contact and existing relationships on which the successful candidate can build upon if successfully employed into the new positions. The Country Sales Director also needs to have god English communication skills, have a strong degree of self discipline and be highly organized and be able to work with very little supervision.
