The Factory Manager will report to the expatriate Global Operations Director based in Bangkok and oversee the construction and eventual leadership of a newly built steel manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be initially based in Bangkok overseeing contractors and regularly doing site visits to ensure quality and performance standards are continually met. Eventually the position will be relocated to the Eastern Seaboard and oversee equipment installation and manpower needs to being manufacturing. Additionally the Factory Manager will be required to align their colleagues to determine process improvement, best practices and continuous improvements with lean manufacturing processes to lower production costs whenever possible.
