FACTORY MANAGER – FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANUFACTURING
The Factory Manager will report to the Company’s Chief Executive Office with all appropriate stockholders reporting to the Factory Manager at our client’s manufacturing facility in Bangkok. This will involve managing local relationships with suppliers in Asia, ensuring their operations deliver products to set targets and quality standards as well as managing transitions of new product designs into production process to support the needs of our client’s growth for future demand. Additionally the Factory Manager will be required to align their colleagues to determine process improvement, best practices and continuous improvements with lean manufacturing processes to lower production costs whenever possible. The Factory Manager will implement new practices to ensure our client’s manufacturing are continually streamlined and shortages and new production lines are maximized to their fullest potential. The Factory Manager will be qualified to degree level in an engineering or related subject and have at least 10 years of direct working experience managing manufacturing operations within the food and beverage industry. Additionally the sought after candidate will have a strong background in Lean Sigma and procurement and/or contract manufacturing and well as have a very strong background in international certification practices (ISO) as well as relevant HAACP and GMP standards. The Factory Manager will also need to have a high level of initiative, be able to work independently and anticipate potential risks and issues to avoid production issues to prevent deliveries to our client’s global sales operations.
