GROUP ACCOUNT DIRECTOR – MARKETING AGENCY
The Group Account Director will report to the organization’s expatriate Chief Executive Officer and manage teams of sales and marketing units to set targets and responsibilities. This will involve hands on management and leadership of creative, sales, client service and account planning subordinates and ensure work and development is maintained to exact standards and set performance targets. The Group Account Director will serve as a senior management professional that is required to continually monitor and develop creative plans and marketing initiatives that continually create value added marketing campaigns in which their teams present to clients to foster sales and create innovative campaigns that are brought to Thailand domestic market. The Group Account Director will be qualified to degree level in a related subject and have at least 8+ years marketing experience working with a strong understanding of below-the-line marketing services preferably gained within a marketing or advertising agency. In addition the successful candidate will have a high level of intelligence, posses proven management abilities and be able to handle multiple responsibilities under continual pressure and foster employee morale and development. The successful candidate will be a successful marketer, who has grown and developed with a progressive marketing agency and progress to a senior position which can lead by example.
