The Sales and Marketing Manager will report to the Expatriate General Manager and take upon a crucial role to generate sales revenues by implementing sales and marketing strategies in Thailand for our client’s global company. The successful candidate will assume the following key responsibilities:
- Able to understand a sales structure of distribution network of the industrial or electrical equipment products.
- Create and develop sales through the various kind of customer such as distributor, sub-distributor, OEM, machine maker, and End Users.
- Evaluate customer, market and competitor situation in Thailand & Overseas.
- Monitor, review and report on all sales & marketing activity and results.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Communicate with sales coordinator to ensure the smooth operation between our client and its customers.
- Cultivate strong relationship with customer by maintaining regular visit
- Control and implement a sales and marketing plan to achieve the company’s goal.
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be qualified to degree level in a related subject and have at least 5 years sales experience within the factory automation industry. Additionally the successful candidate will have a strong background in PLC and/or HMI or SCADA. The chosen candidate will also have proven sales skills, enjoy building profitable relationships and have an entrepreneurial mind. The Sales and Marketing Manager will also need to have very good English communication skills, possess good presentation skills and enjoy working in an international working environment.
