Our client has numerous Asian based manufacturing  operations and a growing number of customers throughout the world. Our client’s Thailand manufacturing operations began several years ago and has grown into a state of the art modern manufacturer and has a rare opportunity for a Quality Director.

The Quality Director will be part of a leadership team reporting to a modern thinking expatriate CEO and he or she will be responsible for managing, improving and implementing a strict quality systems roadmap for our client’s Thailand operation. The role will involve managing and overseeing quality assurance and quality business systems to ensure that best business practices are utilized throughout the entire company. The Quality Director will be responsible for maintaining ISO, QS and TIS standards, working with our client customers on correlation accreditation activities and overseeing a quality team that is focused on providing quality solutions that ensures our client’s production quantity; quality and timelines are achieved to the set business targets.

Our client requires a Quality Director who has solid working knowledge of Six Sigma methodology, preferably gained within a semi conductor, PCB or high volume precision manufacturing environment, a strong and well disciplined character and possess a ‘hands on’ approach to management. The successful applicant must have experience working in a multi-national company, a good multicultural awareness combined with very good written and spoken English skills. The successful candidate will need to have a high level of intelligence, exceptional analytical skills and most importantly strive to not only provide the highest quality of goods, but develop their skills to meet the growing demands of our clients and its customer base.
