Since 1989 our client has become a publically listed company on the New York Stock exchange, and has established itself as a global competitor in the e beam technologies and the material science industry and is currently establishing a branch of their operations in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice or services to our client’s customers
- Install, maintain and commission equipment at various locations
- Responsible for customer support in technical matters and after-sales services
- Assist sales with technical related questions and presentations
- Provide technical support and assistance at various trade shows and exhibitions
- Troubleshoot faults and provide service to clients at various locations throughout the region
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physics, Chemistry and/or Material Science
- Minimum 3y ears of experience working with e beam technologies and their related applications
- Excellent software skills and technical abilities using various e beam technologies
- Good communication skills and customer orientation
- Good command of speak and English is a must
