Our client is an innovative manufacturer and well known regional company of fast moving food and beverage products throughout the world. Established in Thailand over 30 years ago, our client has established itself as one of Thailand’s most progressive and innovative brands with products sold in snack and beverage categories throughout their retail partners globally. Due to a dramatic expansion into their export business our client’s manufacturing capabilities have risen and the company is seeking an experiences factory manager to lead their expansion.

The Warehouse Manager will report to the company’s Supply Chain Director and assume the following key job responsibilities:

• Manage all warehousing operations, including warehouse capacity utilization, and maintenance
• Ensuring efficient management of warehouse & distribution operations, including managing transport providers to meet customer requirements.
• Monitoring and analyzing operations, establishing business controls and providing solutions to reduce costs and increase revenue.
• Defining staff roles and responsibilities, planning the department’s future operational needs and counseling employees on their performances.
• Working collaboratively with clients and departmental staff to ensure operational effectiveness, adherence to policies and procedures, and maximization of flow of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Defining operational requirements and implementing new strategies and initiatives to ensure achievement of requirements and customer satisfaction.
• Leading cost reduction programs and driving improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:-

• • Bachelor’s Degree or higher Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
• • Having a minimum of 9+ years’ experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse management preferably in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company.
• • Possess strong leadership and people management skills to lead the operations team to meet customer satisfaction.
• • Good organization and time management skills; specifically concerning documentation and communication with customers.
• • Hard-working, able to work well under pressure and willing to work extended hours. • Good command of written and spoken English.
