Assistant Clienteling Manager – Luxury Brand

Our client is a globally known multinational luxury brand with retail operations in the world’s most sought-after retail locations.  Established in Europe in the early 1900’s, our client has grown into one of the world’s largest Luxury Good Group in the world and one of their most popular fashion brands is seeking an Assistant Clienteling Manager to take on a crucial role in their Thailand operation in the following capacity.

 

The Assistant Clienteling Manager will be reporting to the Retail Manager in Thailand and functionally to the Regional Clienteling & Loyalty Manager and will be in-charge of local implementation of client initiatives and events as well as improving the general clienteling performance of the brand. The successful candidate’s overall duties and responsibilities re outlined as follows:

 

  • Implementing regional clienteling programs locally, in coordination with store teams
  • Managing communication to stores on latest clienteling initiatives, global/regional directives and campaigns
  • Engaging with priority clients across key moments as well as day to day BAU moments
  • Identifying specific local needs and defining specific client programs to recruit, convert and retain clients in order to drive local store performance
  • Driving clienteling culture within retail teams and put the client top of mind for everyone
  • Setting-up actions plans, in coordination with the regional and local teams to improve local performance (in partnership with the training, the operations, the local general management)
  • Managing end-to-end planning for (pre)-event activities, gifting and prepare campaign decks
  • Ensuring timely administration & execution of tasks, deliverables & payments
  • Supporting in the (un)packing, export and retrieval of samples, giftings and assets from regional to local
  • Generating weekly, monthly and ad-hoc data analytical reports
  • Tracking performance of each initiative and make recommendations for next programs in collaboration with regional team
  • Managing and monitoring budget consumption as well as the return on investment

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma, Degree or above in any related subject
  • At least 3+ years of experience in client development within the luxury sector
  • Experience in store, client & event management is highly advantageous
  • Self-starter and possess strong time management and organization skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly
  • Highly rigorous, precise and has an eye for detail
  • Good analytical skills for the monitoring / tracking of the clienteling initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across levels
  • Passion for luxury / fashion industry
