BOUTIQUE COORDINATOR – LUXURY BRAND

Our client is a globally known multinational luxury brand with retail operations in the world’s most sought-after retail locations.  Established in Europe in the early 1900’s, our client has grown into one of the world’s largest Luxury Goods Group in the world and one of their most popular fashion brands is seeking a Boutique Coordinator to take on a crucial role within their store in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Boutique Coordinator will be reporting to the Store Manager and will be responsible for the boutique and back-of-house coordination and assisting with the management of the goods delivery and return between store and warehouse. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the main duties and responsibilities as outlined below:

• Maintaining all products in stockroom in an organized, clean and tidy manner
• Assisting in sorting and organizing delivery from warehouse to store
• Keeping accurate record of stock inventory/ stock take
• Participating in monthly stock take
• Providing support to store for delivery and return of stocks to and from boutique/warehouse/overseas transfers
• Assisting in stock transfers and packing
• Administrative shipping/invoicing support (ad-hoc)
• Assisting on the store floor as Runners if necessary
• Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Degree or above in any related subject
• At least 3+ years of stock management or related experience
• Possess initiative, meticulous and details oriented
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Thai
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel)
