The Brand General Manager will be reporting to the expatriate General Manager and will be managing the brand’s sales and marketing activities and people. This sought-after position’s duties and responsibilities are outlined as follows:
• Setting short-term & long-term goals and develops strategies to
o build brand equity
o achieve market share and rankings
o achieve sales and profit objectives, controls expenses
o lead and develop personnel to achieve desired brand objectives
o build solid and self- motivating brand team (Both Office and Field)
• Ensuring customer and market growth
• Promoting and protecting brand identity
• Building business partnerships
• Modelling customer service and leading consumer insight
• Improving Business Process/Quality/Results/Financial Goals
• Planning, designing, and implementing an overall risk management process
Qualifications:
• Qualified to a degree level in business related field
• At least 9 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics or related sector
• Previous experience in Digital Marketing and setting sales strategies in a mass market cosmetics brand is highly preferred
• Good track record of accomplishments / goal orientated, and good knowledge of the cosmetics industry
• High energy level with outgoing personality with ability to manage and lead in complex and changing environment
• Analytic financial management and risk management
• Strong in communication, people, and leadership skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Thai and English
