Formed by a group of experienced entrepreneurs, our client has formed one of the most well-known online platforms for their customers to find and get unique promotions and a full-service online booking platform in Thailand. Established in Thailand in 2018, our client has grown into Thailand’s leading healthcare booking platform and continues to experience significant growth, and due to that, they are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (CEO Office) to take on a crucial role within their growing organization.
The Business Intelligence Analyst (CEO Office) will be assisting the CEO with strategic decision-making and facilitating business expansion. The successful candidate’s overall duties and responsibilities are outlined as follows:
- Work closely with the CEO to assist in all aspects of business operations.
- Write business reports by utilizing data from various online and offline platforms.
- Aid in creating business strategies through the utilization of data and statistical analysis.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and industry developments to provide valuable input for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather insights and data for decision-making processes.
- Assist in generating ideas as well as designing and implementing solutions or initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and optimizing business processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of ongoing projects, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments.
- Prepare written records and formal documentation for new processes or projects to facilitate organizational change, ensuring alignment among all relevant stakeholders.
- Present findings, reports, and recommendations to the CEO and other senior management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- All nationalities (with strong verbal and written communication in English) are welcomed.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years professional level experience as Business Analyst, with deep comprehension of business concepts.
- Data driven with exceptional analytical abilities.
- Strong emphasis on efficiency, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural, fast-paced, and start-up environment.
- Capable of working independently and taking complete responsibility for a project.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Exhibit a pro-active, hands-on approach.
