Charging Lead – Global Electric Car Brand

The Charging Lead will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and management of the Charging Network across Thailand. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Planning an annual charging development under the guidance of the company fiscal year target
  • Surveying the consumers’ charging usage, communicating with the sales and service team
  • Providing guidance for the team rolling out the supercharging and destination charging network, on achieving KPI and promoting the implementation, operation, and maintenance of new charging solutions e.g., shared charging etc., based on the development plans and specific implementation requirement
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing the layout of public charging stations in the area based on home charging installation data, vehicle owner’s route research and sales developments to ensure that public charging is installed in accordance with the principle of maximizing the value of customers and the company
  • Assisting in operation and maintenance of the sites
  • Improving customers’ satisfaction in the whole area
  • Ensuring project installation quality in the region, and control the cost of project construction and operation
  • Focusing on the trends in the energy industry and the development of charging solutions in the region and changes in local policies
  • Performing other related duties as assigned based on the business need

 

Qualifications Required:

  • Qualified to Degree level in electrical engineering or related field
  • Technical background preferred in either Electrical or Engineering, with at least 2 years of team management experience
  • Strong management capabilities and time management skills
  • Excellent inter-departmental coordination and resource allocation
  • Experience in regional (partner / client) network expansion
  • Able to work independently, focus on details, good service, and cost awareness, strong resistance to compression
  • Familiar with the local power industry, industry policies and experience of multinational corporations is a plus
  • Availability to travel on short notice
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, QuickBase is preferred
  • Strong command of English with cross-cultural thinking skills
