Our client is a globally known retailer that currently operates retail stores internationally over 60 countries.  With brand that is widely well known and stores that are continually growing into new market, our client is at the forefront of the fashion industry and continually entering and dominating new markets. Due to their continuingly growing organization, our client is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Channel Lead to join their global organization in the following capacity

 

The E-Commerce Lead will be responsible for maximizing profitable net sales & customer base for their e-commerce channel. This includes leading, motivating and developing the team, (pre & in-season) commercial and site planning, and customer offer management. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Driving profitable net sales and day-to-day operations & execution in e-commerce channel
  • Identifying opportunities, threats and set priorities based on biggest sales/customer impact
  • Identifying and developing talents in order to build (future) organization and diverse team
  • Setting strategy and sales goals for your channel based on your customer insights, sales results, commercial belief, and previous learnings
  • Setting commercial plan based on global & local commercial plan and your strategy.
  • Managing and executing the strategy and commercial plan with cross functional teams to achieve goals
  • Setting site plan and execution, securing brand messaging through local adaptation
  • Responsible for fostering a learning & constant improvement culture- based on customer centricity, through developments, testing, and agility
  • Following up and conclude the final customer offer, key learnings, and commercial reviews of your e-com channel, apply learnings to continuously improve customer offer
  • Responsible for the assortment and stock management from an executional perspective

 

Qualifications required:

  • Qualified to university degree, preferably in business, economics, or fashion-related
  • At least 4+ years of working experience, with at least 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience in omni retail and assortment with good knowledge of e-commerce
  • Strong and proven leadership experience with a focus to build highly performing teams in a dynamic environment
  • Sales driven and a strong commercial awareness, salesmanship for day-to-day optimization of site and product performance
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Thai
  • Very good skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, and in Google Sheets
  • Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
