Our client is a Singaporean lifestyle fragrance brand that embodies innovation, creativity, and passion in the beauty, perfume, and cosmetics industry. Renowned for their commitment to crafting unique and unforgettable scent experiences, they are a leading brand in setting new standards to fragrance customization. With a global presence and a dedicated following of fragrance enthusiasts, they are expanding their business to Bangkok. Currently, the company is seeking a passionate and dynamic Event Sales Manager to drive business growth by seeking out new clients through direct sales and marketing campaigns.

The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for pursuing new business opportunities (B2B) to drive business growth and creating customized events and workshop solutions for clients. This will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Showcase outstanding sales skills to enhance product promotions and enrich the overall event and workshop experience for clients.
  • Serve as a brand advocate, guaranteeing a hospitable and memorable experience for tourists and visitors.
  • Actively pursue new business prospects to foster business growth.
  • Engage in cold calling, follow-ups, and in-person meetings to drive direct sales.
  • Work closely with clients to devise tailored events and workshop solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Assist in promoting event venues and attracting potential clients through marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Ensure that clients needs and expectations are consistently met throughout the event planning processes.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree level in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management in B2B (corporate, hospitality, tourism, entertainment).
  • Direct experience in Business development.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Thai with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and time-management skills.
  • Proactive and independent worker.
  • Knowledge in beauty, perfume, and cosmetics industry is a plus.
