Flagship Store Manager – Global Electric Car Brand

Our client is one of the very well-known American electric car brands that is one of the Pioneers of the Global EV Sector. For years they have been supplying electric cars, battery energy storage, and related products and services, our client has served almost all continents worldwide and is recognized as one of the world’s most valuable companies. Due to their planned entrance into the Thai Market, our client is looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage their first and Flagship Store in the following role:

 

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the overall management and sales execution, recruitment, training, and development of a dynamic store team. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Help driving business and maximizing sales through customer service, product knowledge, merchandise presentation and promotion
  • Implementing all operational policies and procedures in order to satisfy the needs of the customer while helping the brand achieve its goals
  • Leading the interviewing and recruitment of candidates who possess the skills necessary to help achieve store goals
  • Training and developing staffs to consistently perform to company standards
  • Leading in the planning, implementation, and following up of store operational tasks and projects including but not limited to outbound events and sales networking activities
  • Controlling store expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services
  • Adhering to processes regarding merchandise display and physical inventory
  • Experimenting with and promoting daily workflow efficiency improvements within local team, sharing proven best practices with peers and management
  • Representing the brand in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both inside and outside the company

 

Qualifications Required:

  • Qualified to Degree level in any related field
  • At least 8 years working experience in retail, industry, and key account sales with proven track record to meet or exceed targets and goals, with 3 years above team management experience
  • Excellent business development ability and business negotiation skills
  • Logic thinker. Sensitive to facts and sales data, excellent logic analysis ability
  • Able to work under pressure, ability to manage team member and meet sales target in a fast-paced working environment
  • Team player. Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with
  • Strong knowledge and proven work experience with retail store operations and systems
  • Excellent command of English skills
