Our client is a leading retail chain specializing in health and beauty care retailer that offers a wide range of high-quality brands and products to meet the diverse needs of their customers both online and offline. Due to the continuous growth, there is an opening in their Thailand brand of operations for an experienced Junior Store Operation to take on a crucial role in the following capacity.


The Junior Retail Store Operation will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of store operational strategies across all stores. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Assist in the creation of standard operating procedures, tracking forms, and dashboards for store operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align store operational strategies with organizational and business objectives.
  • Monitor competition and contribute to plans aimed at sustaining a competitive edge.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and regulations across all stores and facilitate communication between Headquarters and store teams.
  • Assist in managing store inventory and costs, including budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with the budget.
  • Support in maintaining optimal stock levels at the store level to improve stock turnover rates.
  • Contribute to the development of effective stock replenishment methods.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store operations teams.
  • Support performance management processes and collaborate on designing commission structures.
  • Assist in coaching and development initiatives for regional, area, and store managers.
  • Optimize manpower allocation across all stores effectively.
  • Assist in overseeing offline and online logistics and warehouse management, including coordinating with outsourced vendors to establish and manage logistics and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 – 5 years of proven experience in retail store operations or store management for Health & Beauty retail businesses.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in managing e-commerce platforms across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to convert sales, promotional, and competitor data into practical strategies aimed to boost sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor competition and budget, analyze data, and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Good command of written and verbal communication in English and Thai.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
