Media Marketing Manager – Retail

Our client is a globally known retailer that currently operates retail stores internationally over 60 countries.  With brand that is widely well known and stores that are continually growing into new market, our client is at the forefront of the fashion industry and continually entering and dominating new markets. Due to their continuingly growing organization, our client is seeking an experienced Media Marketing professional to join their global organization.

 

The Media Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing Communications department and will be responsible for the management of Media Strategy (traditional, digital & social media), Media Planning and Alignment, Media Agency Management, and Media Budget. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of the local media strategy
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing Communications department in developing the media strategy, and responsible for alignment of the Commercial team
  • Optimizing local media mix; ensuring media efficiency, maximum effect, and ROI
  • Setting, optimizing, and following up a local social media strategy, both paid and organic
  • Aligning campaigns/promotions/marketing activities for marketplace ensuring the brand visibility and achieve goals
  • Managing the brand position on marketplace and representing the marketplaces on our own channels
  • Managing media budget to ensure that the company is securing the most efficient media planning according to budget
  • Working closely with Marketplace Planner to align the overall brand & campaign goal
  • Supporting & aligning digital campaigns working closely with multiple internal stakeholders (SEO, SEM, and Online)

 

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related subject
  • At least 5+ years of working experience, preferably operative marketing or media / social media experience from fashion retail or media agency
  • Excellent knowledge in digital media landscape in general and social strategy in specific
  • Have a deep understanding of social media channels, organic as well as paid social
  • Background in / knowledge of fashion and being able to apply to media strategy & planning
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Thai with excellent communication and social skills
  • High analytical ability, strategic and creative mind set
  • Great leadership and project management, and organization skills
