Our client is a well-known European Pharmaceutical company that specializes in diagnostic solutions and has been established for over 50 years with operations spanned across 5 continents and a reputation for being at the forefront innovative healthcare solutions. In Thailand, they operate an office, serving as a regional hub of operations for Indochina. Due to the significant growth, our client is looking for a Product Manager to take on the crucial role within their global organization.
The Product Manager will be reporting to the ASEAN North General Manager and will be responsible for various management and development functions, including brand management, customer development, as well as market planning and development. The successful candidate will be required to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities:
- Building brand equity by improving awareness, interest and elevating to continued usage and consumption.
- Anticipating problems and opportunities to ensure smooth implementation of life cycle management programs and the achievement of desired results
- Creating a market potential analysis of a possible business opportunity with minimal supervision
- Utilizing market research findings / results to enhance understanding of customer needs
- Tailor-fitting activities to specific key influencers that will create mileage for the brand and the Company
- Establishing long-term business relationships with key influencers
- Creating / Customizing CRM to increase brand loyalty
- Building long term relationships with local Health Ministry to adopt to the solutions
- Anticipating market behaviors based on historical data over the medium-term (3-5 years)
- Identifying strategic implications of market trends
- Establishing strategic direction (3-5 year term) and corresponding plan of action
- Working with regional and global teams to establish marketing campaigns, pricing structures, local clinical evidences
- Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure business growth and sustainability (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Commercial Performance, HR etc.)
Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technologist or Pharmacy other related field
- 3-7 years of Brand / Product Management experience (in IVD Immunoassay or Pharma business is preferred)
- Experience in dealing with Infectious diseases clinicians and hospital laboratories
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, as well as analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Thai
- Proficiency in Computing skills (Microsoft Office, marketing tools, etc.)
- Ability to travel domestic and aboard. Driving license is required
