Our client is a large multinational company with various brands and a global market share leader in the home appliance industry. They design, manufacture, and market a comprehensive range of household products, from refrigerators to cooking and cleaning appliances. The brand includes some of the most trusted names in home appliances, known for their quality, reliability, and durability. The company’s operation spans across multiple continents, from Europe to North America and Asia. Currently, they are seeking a Product Marketing Assistant Manager to manage the product marketing process.

The Product Marketing Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing all stages of the product marketing and communicating the brand’s distinctiveness from its competitors. The duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Oversee all phases of the product life cycle, from conception, definition and new product launches, and ongoing management such as promotions and phase-out).
  • Analyze competitor’s product portfolios, positioning, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and current market trends in the industry.
  • Create product and marketing promotion strategies to drive consumer engagement and loyalty.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various sales channels.
  • Monitor product profitability and create effective cost and pricing strategies and structures to maximize revenue and market share.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • At least 3+ years of working experience in consumer goods product marketing (direct experience with home appliances and imported electrical products is a plus).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
