We are seeking two Project Coordinators to take on a role with one of Europe’s larger International Trade offices in Bangkok’s Central Business District. The role will be tasked to the Embassy’s Trade Development Section which promotes international trade between Thailand and Europe and the role will be a key person in public communications within Thailand and work in a rare role in the Embassy in the following capacity
This Project Coordinator will be part of the Embassy’s commercial division and will report to the European (Expat) Trade Manager and required to fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:
- To do follow up activities in e-commerce channels and stores.
- To do follow up activities in the Trade Offices Retail Projects that are running at several Key Retail Malls in Thailand
- To assist in market analysis and research partners.
- To assist in preparing the sectoral report for companies.
- To coordinate for organizing various activities to support promotional activities in large retail distribution channels and e-commerce channels.
- To assist in preparing the document and mailing for advertisement and PR campaigns.
- To do follow up activities in large retail distribution channels and e-commerce channels and stores.
- To do reports of activities done in large retail distribution channels and e-commerce channels and stores.
Qualifications:
- Thai National qualified to degree level in a related subject
- Good command of spoken and written English and Thai. Candidates who speak Italian highly preferred.
- Analytical, numerical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to understand, analyze and utilize data effectively.
- Experiences in doing market research or organizing events on the international level.
- Experience in organizing promotional events in supermarkets in collaboration with other stakeholders such as the private company and large retail distribution.
- Previous experience in Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) will be considered as a plus.
- Experience in food and beverage will be considered as a plus.
