Our client’s company is a leading global insurance organization founded in 1919 in New York City. With a history spanning over a century, they are known for offering a wide range of insurance products and services to customers in more than 80 countries, including Thailand. Established in Thailand for over 80 years, our client continues to expand their services and products through its core business in general insurance. Currently, they are seeking a Receptionist to join their growing team in the following capacity:

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting and delivering exceptional customer service assistance to visitors, and supporting daily operations within the office. The duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and warmly and directing them accurately and professionally.
  • Take accurate messages with all necessary details and relay them promptly.
  • Handle client inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Submit monthly call reports.
  • Greet clients and visitors positively and quickly notifying relevant staff.
  • Offer refreshment to waiting clients or visitors.
  • Maintain tidy and professional reception area.
  • Manage bookings for conference rooms and boardrooms and maintain the room’s tidiness and readiness, including end-of-day tasks such as cleanup, lights, etc.
  • Record mileage and gas coupon for company messengers and manage coupon requests.
  • Provide parking coupons to guests as requested.
  • Coordinate with printing company and employees about printing business cards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Management, or relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in administration and front desk.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Detail- and service-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and able to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
