Our client is a production house from Thailand who provides end-to-end service and production support for all types of media including movie, advertisement, MV, magazines, etc. Established for over 5 years, our client has been performing successfully in the Thai market and is currently looking for an extensive expansion to a regional scale. Due to that, they are now seeking a Regional Sales Executive to kick off their sales effort regionally in the following capacity.
The Regional Sales Executive will be focusing on the business development functions in a regional scale (SEA) and will be assuming the following main responsibilities:
- Generating new business opportunities in the SEA countries
- Initiating mid & long-term partnership strategies to create new collaborations with partners
- Maintaining a relationship with the existing clients, to ensure the next partnership.
- Meeting and exceeding partnership targets.
- Understanding and keeping up to date with production house industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Budgeting the production cost & the client needs
- Coordinating with all relevant internal parties in all production matters
- At least a bachelor’s degree in any related subject
- Minimum of 4-5 year of experience at partnership/sales field in an advertising agency, production house, film, or media company
- Candidates with regional experience is highly preferred
- Great communication and negotiation skills to maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills effectively collaborate with various teams.
- Knowledge of field production techniques and standard
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and preferably languages from the region
