Regional HR Specialist – C&B – Mobility

Our client is a leading European company that manufactures a variety of nutritional products for the Livestock Sector globally… Established than 20 years, our client now operates more than a hundred manufacturing plants in more than 30 countries around the world. Operating a Regional Office in Bangkok, our client is looking for an experience Human Resources Professional to take on the following role:

 

The HR Specialist will be reporting to the HR Manager and will be handling all Human Resources Management tasks including Payroll, Recruitment and Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, and Expat and Mobility. The duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Reviewing and preparing all the salary and other HR-related data and documents before submission to the payroll vendor, and facilitating through the payroll process until payment is done within timeline
  • Updating and monitoring accuracy of employee database and personnel files
  • Using the company HRIS (Workday) to keep employee data accuracy and provide instruction to managers and colleagues on using the program
  • Preparing and reviewing compensation and benefits packages
  • Handling all expats related matters including orientation, relocation, the countries customs, opening a bank account, other onboarding processes, and expat program policies and procedures
  • Establishing, managing, and maintaining vendor relationships in host countries
  • Providing guidance and advice to managers and colleagues on payroll, benefits, personal income tax
  • Coordinating and administering HR-related documentation such as provident fund, social security, insurance, employment confirmation letters, and other related documents as may be required
  • Managing the recruitment for junior to mid-level of hiring
  • Participating in individual recruitment processes, discussing staff needs with line managers, screening applications and conducting interviews

 

Qualifications:

  • Qualified to a degree level preferably in Human Resources, or related subject
  • At least 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources functions (Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, HR Policies)
  • Knowledge of Thai labor law and personal income tax
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Good people and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Thai
