Our client is a globally known multinational luxury brand with retail operations in the world’s most sought-after retail locations. Established in Europe in the early 1900’s, our client has grown into one of the world’s most prestigious high-end fashion brands that has been at the forefront of the luxury fashion sector for over 100 years. With a history of leading the high-end fashion sector our client has been in Thailand for over 12 years and is currently seeking an experienced Regional Retail Operations Specialist to facilitate their retail operations throughout Southeast Asia.


The Regional Retail Operations Specialist will report to the Regional Retail Director in Singapore and support stores throughout Southeast Asia in executing day-to-day back-end activities and ensure operational efficiency. He/she will be required to fulfill the following duties and key responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of retail operational strategies and act as a key person to coordinate between the Regional Retail Director, store operations colleagues, and client’s overseas operations.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on sales, inventory, and store performance.
  • Ensure stores are well-maintained and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Manage stock transfers between stores and handle discrepancies.
  • Oversee after-sales service processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle any quality control issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
  • Manage and enhance customer relationship management systems by supporting in-store CRM strategies to maintain and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with vendors to procure optimal, suitable services and materials.
  • Plan and execute store projects, including store openings, events, sales promotions, and renovations.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Retail Director and the office.


Qualifications:

  • Qualified to degree level in Business Administration, Management, or a related subject.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably from a multinational luxury goods or high-end fashion retailer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai, with the ability to liaise with Singapore, Malaysia, and/or Hong Kong and relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong cultural awareness and adaptability to various work environments.
  • Experience in managing retail operations at the regional/ country level with multiple locations is essential.
  • High interpersonal skills with excellent project management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
