Sales Executive – ISO Consulting | Certification and Registration

Our client is a globally known company who provides a full-service of international certification and registration. Established in the US for over 20 years, our client has grown exceptionally and has long been at the forefront of the international certification and registration industry and currently carries multiple international accreditations. Due to an overwhelming demand, our client is expanding their sales team in Thailand and now seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their international company in the following capacity:

 

The Sales Executive will be reporting to the expatriate General Manager and will be responsible for the service sales, focusing on the ISO registration, as well as developing strong relationships with customers and expanding network. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Generating new business opportunities in all potential industries
  • Providing information and promoting company’s range of services to align with customers’ needs
  • Assisting customers in their sales inquiries, providing quotation
  • Working closely together with sales colleagues and related functions to maximize sales potentials
  • Internal coordinating with each internal department to support customer requirements and solve problem and implementation
  • Developing and maintaining good relationship with customers through close work collaboration and communications
  • Monitoring sales performance versus sales target to ensure alignment
  • Preparing sales reports detailing sales performance, progress, opportunities, and risks
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned

 

 

Qualifications Required:

  • Qualified to a degree level in any related subject
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience within registration or similar industry
  • Familiarity and/or experience with ISO standards is highly preferred
  • Results driven and possessed initiative to organize work independently
  • Computer literacy and capable of using Microsoft Office Suites
  • Very good command of both spoken and written English, with strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skill and negotiation skills
  • Target oriented and customer service oriented
