Our client is a multinational professional laundry equipment manufacturer and is one the market’s leader of commercial and retail washing machines. Headquartered in the USA, this organization employs 3,000 staff globally and sells industrial laundry equipment through over 1,000 distributors in more than 140 countries around the globe, including Thailand. Due to the significant growth in Thailand, our client is now seeking a Sales professional to join their Thailand team in the following capacity.
The Sales Manager will be leading and overseeing overall sales operation and activities in Thailand. The successful candidate will be required to deliver sales volume to the set target and driving the business growth & market development through the duties and responsibilities outlined as follows:
- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Creating more sales channels to drive the company’s revenue
- Uncovering opportunities for new business in market by cultivating leads and utilizing your networks
- Cultivating relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
- Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
- Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products
- Establishing a sales training program to train new employees
- Presenting a sales performance and weekly sale report to a management team
Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field
- At least 5+ years of experience in sales-related role
- In-depth knowledge of sale and marketing techniques and best practices
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, result-oriented and experience in volume-based sales
- Very good command of both spoken and written English and Thai
