Sales Manager - Customer Electronics - Smart Search Recruitment
This client is a large multinational company with various brands and a global market share leader in the consumer electronics sector internationally. There is an opening in their Thailand branch of operations for an experienced Sales Manager to join in their global company to lead their sales team in the following capacity.
The Senior Sales Manager will be developing the retail sales strategy and leading the sales team and driving overall sales performance of the Modern Trade and Tradition Trade sectors across Thailand. The duties and responsibilities of this successful candidate are outlined below:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plan and monitoring and ensuring sales performance to achieve targets.
- Understanding industry-specific trends and landscapes and interpreting into actions
- Market analysis and planning e.g. insight, sales activities, distribution, etc.
- Leading and supervising people e.g. sales personnel performance, team structure etc.
- Managing and planning budget of departments, investment and return of sale activities etc.
- Building, enhancing, and maintaining strong relationships with business partners and customers.
- Managing business partners and customers business objectives e.g. partner’s negotiation, target agreement, customer creditability, customer enquires etc.
- Monitoring trade marketing calendar e.g. promotional plan, key account activities etc.
- Participating in sales activities and customer events as a company representative.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or business-administration related field
- 10+ years of sales management experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in the executive level
- Direct experience in Home Appliance / Consumer Electronics and Retail Business Network
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill with diplomatic/strategic approach and professional appearance with leader charisma
- Strategic planning and knowledge of how to develop client-focused and achievable solutions
- Integrity and strong leadership (coach/empower/drive personnel performance etc.)
- Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Thai
- A valid driver’s license – frequent travelling required.
