Our client is the Thailand’s eCommerce platform in the beauty and healthcare sector in Thailand. Formed by a group of experienced entrepreneurs, our client has formed one of the most well-known online platforms for their customers to find and get unique promotions and a full-service online booking platform in Thailand. Established in Thailand in 2018, our client has grown into Thailand’s leading healthcare booking platform and continues to experience significant growth. Consequently, they are looking for an experienced Seller Acquisition Manager to take on a crucial role within their growing organization.


The Seller Acquisition Manager will be responsible for acquiring new partners opportunities for the marketplace and ensuring the success of key sellers on the platform. They will be managing their own team and will work closely with the Business Development team. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

  • Lead and support your own team and work closely with other stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue and encourage the sales team to achieve sales target.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential partners and merchants to join the marketplace.
  • Recruit, guide, and coach Seller Acquisition team (Telemarketing/ telesales).
  • Monitor performance and implement sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance for improvement in quality and conversion rate.
  • Plan and implement projects and strategies.
  • Demonstrate sales skills and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Qualified to a degree level in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in sales (e-commerce is a plus).
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team of 5 people or more.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of Online/ e-Commerce platforms, technologies, and practices.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Adaptive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of development strategies.
