With a presence in Thailand for the past 15 years our client’s Thailand operations center now serves as their Regional HQ’s and has an opening for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to take on the following role
This sought-after Senior HR Generalist will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for full-scope HRM functions including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. This will involve the following main responsibilities:
- Responsible for all HRM functions to support the Organizational Development (HR) department (i.e., recruitment, training and development, compensation, and benefits)
- Collaborating with managers and leaders to determine current and future staffing needs, recruiting, and retention
- Managing the talent acquisition process which may include the recruitment, interview, selection, and onboarding processes of new staffs
- Identifying learning and development needs among employees and facilitate development and training activities and programs along with managers
- Managing and administering employee compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top talent in the organization
- Enforcing compliance in company policies and practices with regulations to create safe work environment
- Overseeing payroll processes and record employee leaves
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
- Qualified to degree level in a related subject.
- Previous experience with HRM, HRD and preferably working in a multinational manufacturing company.
- Good Command of written and spoken English
- Pleasant personality, strong communication skill with other team members in all levels
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
