Senior Project Management Office (PMO) – Banking

Our client is a global IT firm who provides an end-to-end IT consulting services and solutions, ranging from software consultancy to business transformations, to their clients from various industries. Established over 30 years ago, our client currently has a global workforce of over 100,000 professionals working in 40 offices across five continents, and they are now seeking for an experienced Senior Project Management Office (PMO) to serve one of their major clients from banking sector in the following capacity.

The Senior Project Management Office (PMO) will be providing strategic support and ensuring that all information and resources are being centralized and shared to relevant stakeholders. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

• Track project status related to migration, system enhancement, cutover activities, and command center operation
• Plan and ensure timely execution in adherence to timeline and budgets through managing resources and risks, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Help manage quality of output and ensure consistency of deliverables with objectives
• Collaborate with external consultants supporting PMO activities (if any)

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated competency in running project management office
• Experience interacting on regular and frequent basis with IT department
• Strong academic background and problem solving skills
• Result-focused mindset, detail orientation, self-organized, strong communication skills
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Thai
