Our client is a medical device distributing company from Singapore. Established in 2008, our client started off as a small local distribution company, presently, they partner with multiple of the world’s medical giants and serve their clients throughout the region. Our client operated a regional office in Malaysia and now operating one in Thailand and due to the significant growth, our client is looking for a Senior Sales Supervisor to serve their expansion to Thailand in the following capacity.
The Senior Sales Supervisor will be directly reporting to the HQ Sales Manager and will be overseeing and handling day-to-day sales operations. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:
- Presenting products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases
- Identifying customers’ needs and recommending company products that best fulfill their needs
- Communicate related internal teams to improve customer experience
- Collecting, analyzing, and presenting field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation
- Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service
- Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success
- Reporting to the Manager regarding any issues, risks, challenges faced
- Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Qualified to a degree level in any related field
- At least 3+ years of related experience, preferably in medical / pharmaceutical sales
- Customer-oriented, good negotiation and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Englishand Thai
- Computer literacy with MS Office skills including Power Point, Outlook, Excel, and Word
