The Service Manager will be reporting to the Country Director and will mainly be managing a full PDI process from the beginning until customer delivery process, as well as developing and managing day-to-day operations and the service team including customer service people, technicians, and parts advisors. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:
- Managing a full PDI process from the beginning until customer delivery process
- Actively monitoring customer service trends to make necessary improvements
- Assisting the team (technical, customer service, aftersales) in developing appropriate standards and processes to continuously elevate the overall service experience
- Managing the Authorized Dealers and setting their KPIs
- Involving yourself in your team members’ growth and development and setting the standard for open communication, active problem solving, and a positive work environment
- Coaching, teaching, and building a team of top talent and mentoring the next generation of company leaders
- Providing regular coaching and feedback, and have a deep knowledge of your team’s strengths and opportunities
- Driving continuous improvements to facilitate exceptional team output and customer service by partnering with operations teams on strategic execution
- Understanding our business, knowing the numbers, and leading the center’s daily operations to achieve specific goals in quality, productivity, output, cost as well as revenue / margin where applicable.
Qualifications Required:
- Qualified to Degree level in any related field
- At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar role with hands-on and leadership experience in an service-focused sector from an automotive industry
- Technical acumen is required – you must develop a knowledge of all company’s products, as well as Service systems, processes, and procedures
- Love to change the status quo and work well in high-pressure situations. Exceptional

- Possess a rare combination of mental agility, analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, and a customer-service mindset.
