Technical Key Account Manager – Ad Tech

Our client is one of the world’s largest technology companies who offers intelligent internet products and services, such as a search engine technology, online advertising, maps and navigation, transportation, and many more. Established for over 25 years, our client has grown significantly since and currently operates in many countries in Europe and Asia. Due to their planned entrance to Thailand for their online advertising sector, they currently have an opening for a Technical Key Account Manager to take on a crucial role in the following capacity.

 

This Technical Key Account Manager will be reporting to the expatriate Regional Director and will be responsible for their technical accounts’ aftersales management. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:

 

  • Monitoring and analyzing client ad campaigns and taking initiative to improve results by offering clients data-driven business insights
  • Efficiently managing, optimizing, and growing ad campaigns
  • Taking ownership of the technical side of client campaigns
  • Taking part in quarterly business reviews, regular meetings, and joint planning (including marketing events)
  • Building long-term, trust-based relationships with local and international advertisers
  • Helping clients resolve technical and financial issues and communicating client feedback to the product team
  • Educating clients and sharing the company’s best practices for specific industries
  • Increasing company’s ad share and role in the client’s business

 

Qualifications:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business-related subject
  • At least 4+ years of professional experience in the AdTech industry
  • Experience in professional client relationship management and preferably in retargeting/remarketing
  • Background in advertising or digital marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem is highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills at the decision-maker level
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work independently
  • In-depth knowledge of GTM, Facebook Pixel, AppsFlyer, and Adjust
  • Hands-on PPC campaign management experience on digital platforms
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Thai
