​Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing international brand design agency that operates its services for their clients all over Asia and also in select European Markets. They offer a range of branding services such as brand innovation, strategy, identity, packaging as well as promotional display work for some of the world’s most well known brand. With expertise in brand design, they have been successfully developing projects for global leading FMCG clients and to support their growing team in Bangkok, they are now looking for the Account Manager to take on the following role

ACCOUNT MANAGER – BRANDING DESIGN AGENCY

The sought-after candidate will play a vital role in the ongoing support and new business acquisition of corporate clients throughout the FMCG Sector in Thailand and Indochina. The role was created to serve as a key communication and project manager (client facing) for ongoing branding projects with a vast array of FMCG clients and will report to the Founders (Expatriates) of the firm in Thailand. The key responsibilities of the successful candidate are summarized as follows:

  • Develop, manage, and review marketing/branding of various company brands across the FMCG industries.

  • Be the key coordinator between clients and brand design team to understand client’s requirement and summarize them into a creative brief for the brand design team to deliver work in line with client’s need.

  • Provide assistance and develop creative solutions for existing clients through the whole business process, as well as pursue new potential client to expand business.

  • Participate in brainstorming for creative ideas to develop business plan, business review with clients and in any other new projects.

  • Build strong relations with clients and ensure that customer service levels are maintained at all time to encourage repeating business.

  • Meet the assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

  • Provide support to Account Directors in handling reports on performance and productivity, updates on any issues occurred and discuss the solutions potential business plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related is preferred.

  • At least 5 years of working experiences in client servicing or account management. Background in marketing/branding agency is highly preferred.

  • Candidates from corporate marketing roles involved with branding / design in an international FMCG company are also encouraged to apply.

  • Good communicative skills both oral and writing in Thai and in English.

  • Sound knowledge of client services, business process and commercial marketing/brand management.

  • Strong strategic thinker and multi-tasker are highly preferred.

  • Ability to manage time and handle workload well under pressure and flexible working hours.
