Our client is a leading global provider of earned media software and services to public relations and marketing communication software that is a market leader in the online communications sector. Due to a recent expansion into growing their Thailand
presence, our client is seeking an experienced leader to take on the following role:
The Country Manager is responsible for the oversight of all Sales and Business Development activities in Thailand. The Country Manager will lead a sales team to acquire new business opportunities, grow an existing client base, and aggressively expand our client's presence and revenue in the Thai market.
Leads, inspires, manages and mentors a team of sales individuals.
Drives revenue through new client acquisition, setting, meeting or exceeding all sales targets and performance metrics.
Identifies revenue growth opportunities across various product lines and allocates resources effectively.
Ensures alignment to the corporate sales strategy and executes the development, implementation and
evaluation of sales strategies and plans to rapidly grow the business.
Champions all phases of the sales process including client presentations, proposals, contract
negotiations, and final close.
Qualified to degree level in a related subject of study
At least 8 years of related sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a sales management role, preferably experience selling to PR and Marketing functions across a
variety of industries.
A solid track record of consistently delivering or exceeding sales targets and other relevant KPIs.
Experience in selling media or Software/SaaS solutions.
In-depth expertise with Salesforce CRM platform coupled with reporting capabilities.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of self-motivation, energy and accountability; ability to work both independently in a fast-paced working environment.
Proficiency in Internet and PC software, esp. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
