Our client is a private online communications technology company that has developed a state-of-the-art communications platform to identify and engage with key influencers, craft and distribute meaningful stories, and measure the financial impact of their efforts. Our client is a leading global provider of earned media software and services to public relations and marketing communication software that is a market leader in the online communications sector. Due to a recent expansion into growing their Thailand
presence, our client is seeking an experienced leader to take on the following role:

The Country Manager is responsible for the oversight of all Sales and Business Development activities in Thailand. The Country Manager will lead a sales team to acquire new business opportunities, grow an existing client base, and aggressively expand our client's presence and revenue in the Thai market.

Responsibilities

  • Leads, inspires, manages and mentors a team of sales individuals.

  • Drives revenue through new client acquisition, setting, meeting or exceeding all sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Identifies revenue growth opportunities across various product lines and allocates resources effectively.

  • Ensures alignment to the corporate sales strategy and executes the development, implementation and
    evaluation of sales strategies and plans to rapidly grow the business.

  • Champions all phases of the sales process including client presentations, proposals, contract
    negotiations, and final close.

Qualifications

  • Thai National

  • Qualified to degree level in a related subject of study

  • At least 8 years of related sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a sales management role, preferably experience selling to PR and Marketing functions across a
    variety of industries.

  • A solid track record of consistently delivering or exceeding sales targets and other relevant KPIs.

  • Experience in selling media or Software/SaaS solutions.

  • In-depth expertise with Salesforce CRM platform coupled with reporting capabilities.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • High level of self-motivation, energy and accountability; ability to work both independently in a fast-paced working environment.

  • Proficiency in Internet and PC software, esp. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
