CRM Manager – Diplomatic / Government Trade

​Our client is a public sector entity of the Hong Kong Government that was established to promote trade and investments throughout the world. Run as a commercial entity outside of the Hong Kong Government our client’s operations work on bilateral trade and promotions to market and promote Hong Kong to business throughout the world. Due to the recent establishment of their Bangkok office they are looking for an experienced customer relationship based marketer to take on the following role

CRM MANAGER - DIPLOMATIC / GOVERNMENT TRADE

The CRM will work under the supervision of the Director and Deputy Directors, subject to the operational needs and should be deployed on the following functional areas:

  • To assist in monitoring and reporting on major trade and economic developments

  • To provide support in conducting studies on significant issues pertaining to opportunities and challenges in trade, investment, and other exchanges

  • To handle enquiries and requests for information on various trade issues

  • To assist in arranging duty visits and meetings, preparing briefs, speeches, and reports, and organizing events such as business forums and seminars

  • To assist in work related to promotion of trade and commercial relations, such as liaising with government officials as well as business circle.

  • To assist in handling trade and miscellaneous enquiries from the public and liaising

  • To assist in preparing briefing materials and reports including country briefs and bi-monthly reports.

  • To assist in performing the administrative-related work of Commercial Relations Division.

  • To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Qualifications:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Marketing or other related fields

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience relevant to the duties and preferably in marketing field

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and good communication in Thai

  • Sound knowledge of common business software, such as Microsoft Words, Power Point and Excel, etc.

  • Detail oriented, strong teamwork, self-motivated, hardworking, honest, responsible and be able to work under tight deadlines.
