​Our client is one of Thailand’s largest and most popular e-learning and educational services company that partners with students and schools throughout Thailand to offer additional educational assistance and tutoring services throughout Thailand. Due to an overwhelming demand for their services, our client is expanding their operations and have an opportunity for a CRM experienced professional to take on the following role

• Plan, manage and supervise market research and customer relations activities to be used for decision making in strategic planning, business operations and make customers who get the most benefit Responsibilities and activities done

• Planning, analysis, research, insights, customer behavior to increase service efficiency and build a higher relationship with customers (Drive Higher Engagement)

• Issue marketing activities that are consistent with in-depth information (analysis of promotion plans, reasonable prices Customer Development Plan Consumption Behaviour Shop management and other information associated)

• Track, monitor, process, collect data and analyze with the market research team to design appropriate services

• Presenting research results for decision making in strategic planning, business operations

• Control and coordinate with both internal and external agencies concerned, research that is beneficial to the organization

• Supporting and advising other agencies in research and data collection

Qualifications:

• Thai National

• Qualified to degree level in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Marketing or other related fields

• 3+ years of working experience gained preferably in a market research company or had worked as a Market Research in a corporate organization

• Have experience in marketing activities with education services, hotels, online businesses or start-up firm

• Have the skills to use statistics for data analysis and/or have used one of CRM Software’s customer management systems

Our client is offering an attractive remuneration package with benefits such as additional holidays, phone allowance, transport reimbursement, and medical insurance.

Salary: Up to 60k/month
