Known globally as a company that continually continues to reinvent itself and deliver best-in-class solutions with a culture of innovation and high levels of client satisfaction our client’s Thailand organization is seeking a young and ambitious employee with technical and organization talent for a role of Customer Care Engineer to take on a newly created role in our client’s Bangkok operations offices.


The Customer Care Engineer will work closely with the (local and international) Area Customer Care Managers, Logistics support and Field Service Engineers and is responsible for organizing Customer Care activities for existing and new customers with these specific responsibilities:

  • The technical work preparation of the customer care activities, both service jobs and projects at the customer.

  • Organizing the planning and management / instructing of the Field Service Engineers

  • Follow-up of customer care activities by means of checking, analyzing and following up service reports.

  • Site management at the customer for larger maintenance projects.

  • Align with the customer care coordinator on the administration to complete the service activities by mean of preparing the service quote, creating the service order, collecting the timesheet, cost overview, creating the work instruction, arranging engineer travel and filing all the data within the system.

  • Communicate and follow through with customer on the job and site requirement making sure all technical information and tools are adequately prepared.

  • Continuous improvement of the entire customer care process by means of managing various improvement programs.

  • Leading in maintaining kits of maintenance plan


  • Bachelor's degree of Technical Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field

  • 4+ years of technical support gained preferably in the food processing and/or machinery sector.

  • Background in food machinery and processing equipment is preferred

  • Knowledgeable with SAP and MS Projects in a production environment

  • Very Good English communication verbally and written; knowledge of different languages is an advantage.

  • Planning, organizing, accuracy, flexibility and stress resistant
