​Our client is one of the world’s largest packaging equipment manufacturer and automation companies that automates and sells the packaging solutions for the world’s most famous brands. With a presence in Thailand for the past 15 years our client’s Thailand operations center now serves as their Reginal HQ’s and has an operating for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to take on the following role


This sought-after HR Coordinator will be an efficient Payroll and HR Administrator and will be reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager The position will be supporting company’s Organizational Development (HR) department, as well as coordinating with colleagues across departments in the regions and head office in North America for any related elements. This will involve the following main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all HR and Admin roles to support the Organization Development department (i.e. recruitment process, employment contract and personnel files management, time attendance and payroll, and general affairs as assigned by the HROD Manager)

  • Responsible for the visa & work permit of expatriates (including 90-day report) process, as well as coordinating with the internal/external parties, including updating the relevant regulations for team members

  • Preparing the HR Analysis Report (i.e., leave records, attrition, tracking, organigram, etc.)

  • Managing the company’s registration work (e.g. business license renewal, company’s car plate, insurance renewal, tax, etc.), as well as filing and keeping their updated records

  • Assisting the team members for all HR-related expense reimbursement (e.g., insurance, uniform, training, etc.)

  • Supporting the team members for both recreational/non-recreational company events

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field.

  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in HRM is required (preferably with a manufacturer)

  • Good Command of written and spoken English (TOEIC 600+)

  • Computer literacy

  • Pleasant personality, strong communication skill with other team members in all levels

  • Highly flexible, agile, details-oriented, strong numeracy skills, and work well with confidential information
