The sought-after candidate will report to the Regional HR Manager based abroad and will be responsible for key coordination of key HR process for our client’s Thailand operations and that will include the following key responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth entry and exit of employees, including coordinating new hire orientation, processing relevant paperwork and sharing HR/benefits information.
Manage the benefits administration process for the office, including communicating changes in programs, administering the annual open enrollment process, and serving as a key contact for related questions.
Support recruiting process for select functions (e.g., liaise with department heads, identify and manage candidate sources, coordinate schedules) and support the performance management process (e.g., ensure data accuracy, identify design improvements).
Administer other personnel programs (e.g., mobility, loan programs, training, etc.) and will liase with external vendors to manage local benefit programs (e.g., transit checks, health club memberships, etc.).
Conduct personnel analysis and reporting, using firm databases and ensure compliance with local market regulatory requirements
Take on other ad hoc responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
University degree in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of general HR Ability to manage competing tasks and deliver quality output
Excellent judgment, maturity, and trustworthiness
Strong collaboration and influencing skills
Ability to communicate effectively with his/her team and the various stakeholders
Ability to resolve problems in a fundamentally sound manner
Knowledge of relevant local HR regulations and issues and exposure to HR systems (e.g. Peoplesoft, Lawson)
Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and web-based applications
Highly organized and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Customer service oriented and able to handle competing demands
Results-oriented and can work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish
Strong command of the English language in both written and oral communications
