​Our client is a world’s leading European building automation and controls company with operations in almost 60 countries around the world and currently employing over 20,000 people. In Thailand, they are selling high-end building automation solutions that include smart home controls, automated doors and gate closures, and other state of the art home automation products and they have a rare opening for a Retail Sales Manager to take on the following role

The sought-after candidate will be responsible for development of our client Retail / Retail Partnership Team Sales function within South East Asia. This will involve approaching potential retail partners within related sectors to open up new channel retail partners in Thailand. The successful candidate’s overall job responsibilities are summarized as follows:

· Working with the Retailer Sales team to execute and formulate relevant retailer channel sales strategies, tactics, and actions

· Identifying suitable Retailer partners and formulating development strategy, in terms of products, marketing, training, to increase motorization at each individual shop and gain market share from competition

· Identifying the right go-to market with relevant Industrial and Distribution partners to set up the right environment to sell products and services to retailers

· Defining a service offer for retailers to support them in motorization development

· Adjusting and improving strategies and execution to maximize sales and profitability in Installer channel

· Introducing and promoting new products in the market through product launch events, also designing and executing specific promotion schemes

· Monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand to eliminate unprofitable focus

· Creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with relevant Distribution, Industrial partners, and all retail partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and promote the company brand and to sustain long term business partnerships, and with retailers and dealers to make an efficient use of them for new sales targets

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing/Business studies or related subject of study

· Possess a minimum of 8+years of relevant experience in consumer electronic products

· Working experience in Retail Channel preferably in the Consumer Electronics / Smart Home Products Sector.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Excellent Command in Writing and Verbal Communication English and Thai

· Possess an excellent interpersonal, analytical, leadership and negotiation skills with proven track record of developing new markets & launching products
