Our client is a multinational sales and marketing consultancy owned by the world’s largest insurance company in Europe. With over 42,000 employees spread across 6 continents and over 28 office and operations internationally, our client is one of the world’s most sought after brands partnering with the global and regional insurance brands. With the recent development of their SE Asia regional office in Bangkok there is an opening for an experienced insurance professional to take on the following role.
The sought after candidate will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing and assist in various strategic marketing and partnership initiatives with the intent of the development sales through our client’s business partners (agencies, brokers, and insurance companies). This will involve using both online and offline marketing and sales strategies and partnering with distribution partners.
Work with Business Partners and key internal stakeholders to define marketing strategies of the responsible channel(s). Provide expertise and recommend marketing solutions (digital and/or off-line) as part of integrated marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Develop an effective acquisition strategy across the entire customer journey
Execute the strategic plan by implementing new market campaigns, adhering to budgets, meeting with partners to ensure alignment, achieving campaign KPIs in particular with launch dates, specific campaign deliverables.
Work closely with Technical and Creative teams to develop strategy, creative, copy, content, and landing pages that resonate and drive sales.
Develop and execute a collaborative model and a performance management plan and process including sales efficiency and effective tools and reporting procedures for each BP to drive results.
Identify and exploit all available growth opportunities for existing accounts, i.e., enhanced penetration in all existing coverage, plus the addition of new lines of coverage.
Provide dedicated partnership support to \ensure open, transparent, trustworthy, constant, and proactive communication; ensure a timely
Graduated to degree level preferably in a marketing related subject
7+ years of product/brand marketing experience within a multinational insurance organization.
Strong background in marketing strategy, executive and analysis.
3+ years of partnership/distribution marketing experience
The ability to develop a broad range of effective communication strategies and programs, including public relations and internal communications
Good written and verbal skills in English
