​Our client is an international company that is a leading supplier of food processing solutions headquartered in North America. Known globally as a company that continually continues to reinvent itself and deliver best-in-class solutions with a culture of innovation and high levels of client satisfaction our client’s Thailand organization is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to take on a Regional Sales opportunity to fill the following position:

The Sales Engineer will have to carry out aftermarket products, activities and develop spare parts business and will work around the following job responsibilities:

  • Be the company’s Regional Key Sales Leader to manage both key clients and channel partners throughout the Indochina region.

  • Improve overall sales performance of the company in company’s Food Processing equipment sector within the Indochina Region

  • Participate in developing a strategic & operational plan with quarterly forecast and action plan

  • Work closely with sales management in Asia to expand the product portfolio offered in “country” and choosing specific applications as catalyst for the company growth

  • Be Key Account Manager for large / major customer in “country” as well as regular visit customer’s sites

  • Responsible for “country” sales forecast & budget in Protein Processing as well as provide updates weekly/ monthly sales and pipeline

  • Responsible for account business KPI’s

  • Build strong internal relationship with other departments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in preferably mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or any related field

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with direct sales in B2B Food Engineering sector/ equipment and/or processing industry preferably in the food and beverage sector, especially from poultry and refrigeration industries

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage process engineering, and experience in equipment integration, servicing and solutions is an added advantage

  • Proven sales track record in securing results and meeting profit and sales targets

  • Fluency in English language is a must

  • Highly motivated individual, diligent and proactive business attitudes with leadership and entrepreneur flair.

  • Ability to handle full responsibilities of customers’ accounts in the territories

  • Possess own vehicle / driving license

  • Flexible for frequent Travel 60% to 70% within “country” with occasional trips to within Asia and overseas.
