Established only 3 years ago, our client has grown in Asia to take market share form the traditional cloud-based HR Cloud Solutions providers and has become Asia’s fastest growing Human Capital Management technology platforms. With the expecting office launch in Thailand in the near future, our client has an operating for an experienced Country Sales Manager to head up their Thailand commercial efforts and country commercial lead in the following capacity.
SALES MANAGER – HR CLOUD SOLUTIONS
BANGKOK – ENTERPRISE COULD SOFTWARE
The Country Sales Manager will be directly reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, who is based abroad, and will mainly be responsible for the high-quality Sales roles in leading the company’s entry into Thai market. This sough-after position will be accompanying with the Regional Sales Heads in driving growth and market share. And will also be responsible for the following main responsibilities:
•Assisting the Regional Sales Heads in developing and implementing industry-specific sales plans and strategies to target enterprise and mid-market clients.
•Actively prospecting and generating an applicable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels.
•Positioning the company effectively to win with clients in pursuit of top-notch HR technology.
•Building strong relationships with clients so that they can propagate their platform-use success with other prospects.
•Keeping abreast of the latest trends in the HR technology landscape to generate meaningful conversations and sales opportunities in the target market.
•Being a leader at industry events/conferences by actively networking and instructing the platform value proposition
•Prestigious degree in from renowned university
•8+ years of Sales Experience preferably gained in an International Cloud Software company preferably within the HR software sector.
•Ability to work timing-flexibly and comfortable with travel (to ASEAN countries)
•Possess an excellent negotiation, communication, time-management and organizational skills.
•Possess work experience in any industry (Cloud technology or IT/ITeS is preferred)
•Experience with enterprise sales or small and medium sized enterprises is a plus.
•Ability to perform best under minimal supervision.
•Very Good Command in both spoken and written Thai and English
