Our client is a multinational cosmetics brand and is a global market leader in the beauty industry. The company provides products such as skin care, fragrance, and cosmetics. They were founded over 80 years ago, and currently the company employs over 7,000 employees worldwide and since the brand has expanded rapidly and they are now seeking an experiences Retail professional to manage the sales of our client’s cosmetics products through Thailand’s Duty Free (Travel) channels of sale in the following role:
TRAVEL RETAIL MANAGER – COSMETICS
The Travel Retail Manager will report to Brand General Manager and to manage the sales of our client’s high-end cosmetics brand through the travel (Duty Free) channels of sales throughout Thailand. This will involve the following key responsibilities:
Investigate competitor’s sales, promotions, incentives, and special specification of our client and their competitors’ brand to implement sales strategies in Thailand’s duty-free outlets (international airports and downtown shopping centers)
Communicate with Duty Free Retail operation teams and check any special promotions
Manage customer promotions and BA (Beauty Advisors) incentives in sales reports and their effectiveness.
Arrange BA working schedules and ensure brand compliance and KPIs are tracked an achieved.
Check and assist to improve BA’s sales knowledge and attitude, including education on new products and sales skills to maximize BA’s sales competency.
Maintain good relationship with front line sales and advertise and train brand DNA
Provide continual training to duty free outlets sales personnel to introduce new products and enhance sales skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
3+ years of retail management experiences preferably in a travel retail role and/or a multinational cosmetics brand.
Candidates with previous BA Management and/or BA Training experiences are preferred.
Flexible for regular domestic travel to visit and audit duty free stores across Thailand.
