Our client is an innovative European Fintech start-up that operates in the overseas and end-to-end payment space that was created to complete with traditional payment services (i.e; Banks) to lower costs and speed of transactional completeness. With a regional office and development center in Hong Kong our client’s global support operations is located in the Central Business District of Bangkok, and there is a rare opportunity for an experienced UX/UI Designer to take on the following role:
Research and create realistic, conceptual customer journeys to develop web/ apps user experience
Deliver designs for digital channels, all the way from rough sketches to pixel-perfect interacts
Align the design efforts within the UX team and with other stakeholders, including branding, marketing, business analysts, products owners and engineers
Be a customer representative and promote customer-centric product development
Be a source of inspiration and insight for digital innovation and creative thinking
Visual design for digital (typography, vector images, animations, RWD, CSS)
User research (usability tests, card sorting, data analysis, interviews, observation).
Bachelor Degree or higher in Product Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Arts, Media, Computer Science or related field
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in digital, design, media or financial industry with experience in Digital Technology and devices
Having paper/whiteboard sketches, storyboards, artist impression, digital protoptypes, mock-ups, pixel perfect designs and production ready visual elements skills
Deep understanding of fundamental design principles
Able to apply a wide range of design methods
Very Good English Abilities – Written and Spoken
