APAC HR Business Partner - eCommerce

Bangkok / Up to 120k/month

Our client is a global eCommerce company. They currently boast over 600,000 property partners to date and process over 1 million accommodation bookings every day. Established over 10 years ago, they are a true eCommerce player. They are currently seeking an APAC HR Business Partner to join their growing business.

The APAC HR Business Partner will report to the APAC Head of HR. The successful candidate will be required to fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:

  • In charge of recruiting new employees for all departments within the business.
  • Implement HR practices and update job requirements as needed.
  • Maintain an organized filing system to store employee records.
  • Monitor all employee-related matters. E.g. monitoring medical expenses, leave administration and service awards.
  • Handle payroll activities where required.
  • Set the HR budget and make sure that managers are adhering to the levels set.
  • Produce reports related to staff turnover, training requirements etc.
  • Other ad-hoc related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified to degree level in Business Administration, HR or a related subject.
  • 5 + years’ multi-faceted strategic HR experience within an international organization.
  • Previous regional APAC / SEA experience is a requirement.
  • Broad knowledge of HR processes and existing knowledge of Thai labour law is important.
  • Flexible for international travel.
